Join Odd Bunch as an E-commerce UX Designer, focusing on enhancing user journeys in grocery delivery services. Help streamline our web and app experiences for maximum engagement.
We are in search of an E-commerce UX Designer, ideally with 3-5 years of relevant experience, to lead the design of user experiences across our digital platforms.
Your role will involve designing the conversion funnel, from landing pages to subscription management flows, and ensuring all elements are user-centric and data-informed. By collaborating with a talented design team, you'll contribute to creating a seamless customer journey that prioritizes user needs through effective design methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design user flows and architecture for conversion enhancement
• Map subscriber experiences to improve retention
• Validate concepts with targeted user testing
• Create engaging wireframes and prototypes
• Work with design teams to ensure cohesive execution
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in UX or product design
• Portfolio with strong UX design evidence
• Proficiency in usability testing and behavioral analysis
• Experience with Figma as a design tool
• Knowledge of A/B testing principles
