In this 12-month contract, you will lead major Agile transformations, working alongside Technical Project Managers and engineering teams. Your mission is to enforce governance, clear roadblocks, and ensure transparency in the delivery process. Experience working in a high-collaboration environment dedicated to cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
• Enforce accountability through backlog management
• Shield teams from external distractions
• Facilitate governance on cross-pod dependencies
• Maintain compliance with corporate quality standards
Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant Scrum Master experience
• Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Expert skills in Jira and Confluence
• Excellent facilitation and communication abilities
• Background in Cybersecurity, preferred
