Role Description

TSYS Tech Lead Expectations:

• TSYS application knowledge including TS2, TLP, Quick Remit, Centre Suite, APIs, MQs, and green screens/options.
• Expertise in TSYS for both Consumer and Commercial platforms.
• TSYS/Bank integration knowledge is advantageous.
• Knowledge of G&D, Symcor, and Master Card interfaces is an advantage.
• Lead the implementation of platform-led projects for both testing and production.
• Lead all technical activities and assessments.
• Experience in API and MQ with the ability to understand and analyze request/response messages for issue triage and investigations.

• TSYS/TS2 credit card functionality knowledge across different modules, including:
• Statements
• Options
• Authorizations
• Rewards
• New Card Onboarding
• Quick Remit
• Centre Suite
• Hands-on experience with TSYS batch files.
• Experience in API and MQ with the ability to understand and analyze request/response messages for issue triage and investigations.

Top 3 Preferred Skills
Experience working with vendors such as Master Card, Visa, Symcor, and G&D.
TSYS production support experience.
Incident management using Service Now, including tracking incidents through to closure.
