Position: Contract Business Systems Analyst

In this contract role, the Business Systems Analyst will perform a current-state assessment of technology tools and processes. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to identify compliance gaps and propose actionable improvements. Your analytical prowess and experience will ensure alignment with regulatory standards and foster operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess technology processes related to system availability

• Document workflows, processes, and stakeholder responsibilities

• Identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements

• Conduct gap analysis to develop actionable recommendations

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services

• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or Splunk

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including PCI DSS or SOX

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI
