Position: Toronto Senior Business Analyst Needed
Join Randstad Canada as a Senior Business Analyst, working fully onsite in Toronto. This role focuses on agile methodologies and technical ownership of the requirements lifecycle while ensuring clear workflows for development teams.

This 8-month contract position involves complex stakeholder engagement and the transformation of business needs into functional requirements. You’ll be pivotal in managing the product backlog and ensuring documentation and user stories meet the project’s strategic direction. Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and manage delivery pipelines for development

• Refine and communicate scope changes in PBIs

• Develop concise user stories backed by acceptance criteria

• Lead stakeholder workshops for requirements discovery

• Construct integration models for APIs and data paths

Requirements:

• 8+ years leading IT business analysis

• Experience with Agile development cycles

• Deep understanding of backlog grooming processes

• Proficient in Azure Dev Ops

• Strong skills in SQL and relational databases
