This role based in Toronto involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT. You'll gather and document requirements, analyze complex data structures, and validate system outputs while enhancing application performance.

Your role will also include collaborating with various teams to ensure technical specifications are met and documented thoroughly, focusing on effective problem-solving and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and translate business needs into technical specifications

• Conduct data mapping and variance analysis between systems

• Work with users to understand issues and identify enhancements

• Communicate effectively with teams across multiple regions

• Assist in developing data validation routines and scripts

Requirements:

• Strong technical and business analysis capabilities

• Experience with SQL, reporting validation, and application support

• Knowledge of system integrations and batch processes

• Background in release management and incident resolution

• Proven skills in data reconciliation and oversight
