- Optimize existing website content for search engines and AI-driven search experiences.
- Restructure web content using clear heading hierarchies and logical information architecture.
- Implement schema markup and structured data best practices to improve search visibility.
- Enhance content readability, relevance, and authority across key service pages.
- Identify opportunities to improve AI citation potential and visibility within AI-generated search results.
- Conduct keyword and competitive research to identify content optimization opportunities.
- Monitor SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including search rankings, organic traffic, and AI Overview visibility.
- Stay informed on emerging SEO, GEO, and AI search trends and recommend new optimization strategies.
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related post-secondary program.
- Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, content strategy, and AI-powered search technologies.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools is considered an asset.
