Key Responsibilities:

• Produce comprehensive postmortem reports for stakeholders
• Lead problem management meetings and initiatives
• Ensure clear communication regarding problem statuses
Requirements:
• Strong IT background in applications and infrastructure
• Experience managing distributed teams effectively
• Proficiency with IT Service Management tools
• Familiarity with ITIL or related methodologies
• Solid change and incident management experience
