Position: Data Modeller for Ontario Government
Join the Government of Ontario as a Senior Data Architect/Modeller for an exciting nine-month hybrid contract in Toronto. Leverage your skills in data modeling and architecture to drive project success.
This role at 40 St. Clair Ave W involves working three days in-office and two days remote. You will focus on refining logical data models and supporting the development of the Data Migration strategy. This is an ideal position for candidates with public sector experience and a keen understanding of accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and enhance conceptual data models for applications

• Provide strategic data requirements for enterprise alignment

• Conduct data prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts

• Develop enterprise architecture documents for review

• Assist in supporting Bill 5 related initiatives
Requirements:

• Extensive experience in data architecture and modeling

• Knowledge of data flow and access mechanisms

• Previous work in public sector projects is an asset

• Familiarity with AODA regulations is advantageous

• Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment
