AVP Technology Data Management at TD

Lead TD's Infrastructure & Engineering team as the AVP for Technology Data Management in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time position focuses on data governance and enterprise architecture to drive performance.
The Toronto-Dominion Bank is seeking a VP-level leader to spearhead enterprise technology data management strategies. You will establish the capability to manage technology reference data while building a robust data fabric using Databricks. Key responsibilities include defining data governance frameworks, driving data quality, and establishing metadata standards for effective stakeholder reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define enterprise technology data strategy and roadmap

• Establish governance frameworks for data accuracy and compliance

• Create a technology data marketplace for accessible data

• Lead onboarding of technology systems into Databricks

• Define KPI frameworks for reporting and analytics
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Data Management, or related field

• 12+ years in enterprise data management or technology strategy

• 7+ years in senior leadership roles

• Experience with Databricks and enterprise data fabrics

• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud environments
