Position: Hybrid Senior Systems Engineer Role
Shape the future of enterprise infrastructure as a Senior Systems Engineer with a prominent financial services organization in a hybrid work model. This role is focused on evolving cloud environments through Microsoft technologies.
Within this 3-month contract, you'll engage deeply with systems engineering and administration, particularly with Microsoft Azure and Windows Server technologies. Collaborate closely with teams across various disciplines while mentoring junior staff. Your critical role involves addressing operational challenges and enhancing cybersecurity measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Microsoft Azure and Windows Server

• Serve as the point of escalation for infrastructure incidents

• Optimize and manage Microsoft 365 services

• Create Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Power Shell

• Partner with cybersecurity to improve security posture
Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience in systems engineering

• Proficient with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365

• Advanced skills in Power Shell scripting

• Experience with VMware or Hyper-V

• Proven ability to influence technical direction
