Manager – Service Now & Asset Management
Responsibilities   Lead the Service Now development and asset management teams, ensuring timely delivery of Service Now solutions.
Collaborate closely with a Business Analyst to manage the development backlog.
Oversee CMDB and asset management functions, enforcing governance of software and hardware assets.
Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for audit and compliance purposes.
Drive process improvements, automation, and team growth across both areas.
Lead audit‑related activities and manage complex issues impacting multiple teams or platforms.
Coach and foster collaboration across roles, removing obstacles or escalating as necessary.
Qualifications   Proven experience managing Service Now product development and asset management processes.
Strong understanding of CMDB, audit requirements, and asset governance.
Leadership experience in process automation and continuous improvement.
Experience coaching teams and fostering collaboration across roles.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to intake and prioritize work for all team members for all Service Now and Inventory Management related work.
