Financial Systems Analyst Sr

About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Systems Analyst Principal, the Financial Systems Analyst owns and drives the strategy, governance, and continuous evolution of the company’s One Stream platform. This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, enhancement, and governance of our CPM.

This role is systems‑first focused, serving as one of the primary points of ownership for One Stream. The analyst will partner with Finance and Technology teams to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and aligned with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills (SQL, Python, VBA) and thrives in environments where systems, data, and process improvement intersect.

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable enhancements aligned to Finance transformation priorities within One Stream, leading to improvements in processes and reporting.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using SQL, Python, and VBA.
• Build and optimize data integrations between One Stream and upstream/downstream systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through system‑driven solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Technology leadership to shape system capabilities and roadmap priorities within One Stream.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution to business users.
• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert, influencing best practices and guiding stakeholders on system usage and design decisions for financial systems.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across systems.
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and data models within One Stream.
• Enable more efficient and scalable reporting capabilities for Finance teams.
• Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Lead system‑related initiatives and enhancements in partnership with Technology teams.
• Support transformation of finance processes through better system utilization and automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A systems support, or similar roles.
• Hands‑on experience with One Stream (or similar EPM tools such as Hyperion, Adaptive, etc.).
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and VBA.
• Experience working with data integrations, ETL processes, or system configurations.
