At The Swatch Group, the SAP Competence Center is searching for a strategic lead who excels in delivering high-impact solutions.
Your role will focus on ensuring SAP alignment with business requirements while enhancing process efficiency. Your industry experience and knack for resolving complex issues will shape the success of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and assess business requirements to ensure global consistency
• Develop robust solutions and perform system configuration
• Draft detailed functional specifications in alignment with developers
• Mentor and train users during change management processes
• Administer User Acceptance Testing and project contributions
Requirements:
• 7+ years delivering SAP customization in major projects
• Strong background in business processes within FI/CO
• Expertise in ABAP and integration concepts
• Experience with SAP S/4
HANA innovations
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
