As a key team member in Capital Projects, you'll report to the Executive Director and oversee the PMIS's configuration and governance. Your expertise will involve translating business needs into system solutions and enhancing project management workflows while providing user training and support to maximize system utilization. You'll collaborate closely with finance and project managers to align processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the PMIS platform for optimal performance
• Translate business needs into enhancement requests and reporting solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and functionalities
• Establish data standards and governance controls within PMIS
• Analyze reporting requirements and design effective dashboards
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business or related field
• Minimum four years in PMIS administration or support
• Experience with ERP/financial integrations like SAP, Oracle
• Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong analytical and communication skills
Leverage your analytical skills to support project management processes and ensure the effective administration of PMIS at the University of Toronto.
