Position:
Manager – Service Now & Asset Management

• Lead the Service Now development and asset management teams, ensuring timely delivery of Service Now solutions.
• Collaborate closely with a Business Analyst to manage the development backlog.
• Oversee CMDB and asset management functions, enforcing governance of software and hardware assets.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for audit and compliance purposes.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and team growth across both areas.
• Lead audit‑related activities and manage complex issues impacting multiple teams or platforms.
• Coach and foster collaboration across roles, removing obstacles or escalating as necessary.

• Proven experience managing Service Now product development and asset management processes.
• Strong understanding of CMDB, audit requirements, and asset governance.
• Leadership experience in process automation and continuous improvement.
• Experience coaching teams and fostering collaboration across roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to intake and prioritize work for all team members for all Service Now and Inventory Management related work.

• Annual salary range: $75,900.00 – $, based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
