You will lead the intake process and prioritize engagement requests while working closely with Business Enablement. Reporting to the Senior Director, this role demands strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to manage a skilled team of Engagement Product Managers.

Your role will include making critical prioritization decisions and maintaining alignment with organizational goals in the context of AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Steer priorities for engagement requests and manage pipeline

• Ensure EPMs align requirements with business objectives

• Own capacity planning and squad formation processes

• Provide executive-level portfolio reporting and outcomes

• Govern engagement lifecycle with structured hand-offs

Requirements:

• 7+ years in tech strategy or program management

• 3+ years overseeing technology portfolios

• Proven ability to communicate trade-offs effectively

• Strong analytical and resource coordination skills

• Experience in regulated industries, especially finance
