In this role, you'll take the lead on configuring and optimizing Dayforce HCM modules, ensuring compliance and governance. You will manage integrations, oversee reporting, and support system enhancements for key stakeholders. Your experience in process design and data validation will be invaluable in driving efficiency throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead new Dayforce implementations and optimizations

• Assess and enhance HR, TA, and Payroll workflows

• Build and maintain data dashboards for leadership

• Support IT on integrations and system upgrades

• Create user training and adoption initiatives

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of hands-on Dayforce experience

• Proven track record in leading implementations

• Deep knowledge of HR processes and data governance

• Strong skills in analytics and reporting

• Process improvement mindset preferred
