Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with EHR onboarding and intake activities
• Review and validate critical submitted information
• Map clinician end users to recognized HIC types
• Track requests and escalate issues as necessary
• Contribute to process documentation improvements
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented in information validation
• Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Proficient in standard business tools like Microsoft Office
• Experience with stakeholder interactions
