SAP Basis Administrator at Major Bank

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage and troubleshoot SAP systems, including S/4

HANA and BW. Your expertise will help optimize performance and maintain system integrity while collaborating with various teams. This role includes participating in on-call support for critical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP systems, including ECC and Solution Manager

• Manage upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes

• Troubleshoot production issues at Level 2/3

• Monitor and improve system performance effectively

• Provide user administration and security compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT

• 5+ years of SAP Basis experience

• Strong production support capabilities

• Knowledge of High Availability and Disaster Recovery

• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
