Join a leading Canadian mortgage lender as a Yardi Business and Application Support Analyst on a one-year contract. This role bridges IT, Finance, and operations, focusing on platform stability and compliance.
In this position, you will configure, troubleshoot, and enhance key Yardi modules including Voyager 7 and Investment Accounting. With a strong emphasis on financial controls and data integrity, you will manage user access and facilitate system upgrades. Collaborating closely with finance teams, you will ensure that accounting workflows meet regulatory standards and support internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Yardi platform's daily operations and module optimization
• Troubleshoot issues and manage structured support queue
• Oversee user permissions and dashboard setups
• Collaborate with finance for accounting workflow alignment
• Develop SQL queries and perform data quality reviews
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years experience in financial systems support
• Expertise in Yardi Voyager or similar accounting platforms
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to ensure audit readiness and data governance
