In this full-time role, you will coordinate and execute disaster recovery plans, focusing on on-premises and cloud infrastructures. Key aspects include documentation and compliance with Canada Life’s guidelines alongside industry regulations. Your skills in technical writing will help craft effective recovery playbooks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end technical disaster recovery testing
• Manage Service Now BCM for compliance and documentation
• Assist in configuring DR mechanisms across hybrid systems
• Align disaster recovery plans with industry best practices
• Conduct reviews to identify and remediate recovery gaps
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in disaster recovery and IT
• Strong grasp of hybrid and cloud-based technologies
• Familiar with compliance guidelines such as ISO and NIST
• Exceptional technical writing and communication abilities
• Bachelor's Degree, CBCP or similar certifications preferred
