Position: Creative Junior Web Developer Role
Launch your career as a Junior Graphic Web Developer with Salsa in Toronto Festival. Contribute to community-focused events through innovative web design and marketing support.

In this role, reporting to the Executive Director, you will engage with a dynamic IT team to design, develop, and improve web pages and promotional materials. This 8-week position is based in-office and will enrich your experience in the fields of STEM and ICT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage event web pages and content

• Produce graphics for marketing and merchandise

• Optimize front-end code for better performance

• Work alongside vendors on special web projects

• Monitor and report on SEO/Social Media performance

Requirements:

• Experience or degree in Graphic or Web Design

• Proficient in Adobe software and HTML

• Age 15-30 at outset of employment

• Legal work eligibility in Canada

• Excellent communication skills; knowledge of French/Spanish is a bonus
