Advanced Content Designer

Elevate your career as an Advanced Content Designer with Raise in Toronto, ON. This hybrid role focuses on crafting mobile-first digital content solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In this 12-month contract position, you'll work alongside a diverse squad, including Interaction and Visual Designers. Key responsibilities include researching client challenges, creating content solutions, and supporting project stakeholders. Your expertise in UX writing for web and apps will drive impactful results for our prominent client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify client problems with the design squad

• Create, test, and translate effective content solutions

• Collaborate with product managers and developers for seamless project execution

• Communicate design rationale to stakeholders clearly

• Maintain documentation and content in Confluence as the source of truth

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of digital content experience

• Strong stakeholder management abilities

• Proficient in Confluence and Lean UX/Agile methodologies

• Knowledge of interaction and visual design principles

• Experience in usability research focusing on content
