Position: JAM CRM AI Strategy Specialist
Transform AI capabilities at JAM CRM as an AI Strategy Specialist. Focus on workflow acceleration, best practices implementation, and emerging AI technologies for operational excellence.

In this role, you will support the development and governance of JAM's Claude environment. Your responsibilities include defining best practices and usage models while translating business requirements to optimize workflows. You'll also research AI innovations to keep JAM at the forefront of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Claude skills for various use cases

• Design processes to enhance communication and client services

• Train teams on effective AI utilization for consistent outputs

• Research and evaluate new AI tools and integrations

• Advise leadership on AI strategy and investments

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in AI or related digital strategy roles

• Experience in AI workflow design and automations

• Strong background in marketing or CRM systems

• Excellent communication and coaching skills

• Familiarity with APIs and integration platforms
