Senior OTC Analyst

Responsibilities
- Lead moderate‑size projects applying business knowledge, system expertise, strong decision‑making skills, and project management skills.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert with multi‑functional team members for Priceline’s OTC processes, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing status updates to impacted business partners and IT teams.
- Maintain a balance between business needs and strategies within IT standards to guide well‑informed decisions.
- Accountable for change management, communications, and partner alignment in support of process improvements, break/fix solutions, and approved system improvements.
- Collaborate with Fintech, GL, Rev Ops, Fin Ops, and Compliance organizations to develop end‑to‑end strategic solutions and root‑cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain business process flows managed within the OTC platform.
- Attend project status review and system change reviews for requirements gathering and scope definition.
- Lead and coordinate support of business requirements and user acceptance testing.
- Lead and coordinate the data migration effort with the Fintech team.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with exposure to a high transaction volume environment.
- Strong SQL knowledge.
- Nice to have SQVI reporting knowledge.
- Familiarity with Big Query is a plus.
- Validated experience in testing methodology.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, and billing software (High Radius, etc.) strongly preferred.
- Sound understanding of the order‑to‑cash lifecycle on a transactional basis.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Knowledge of CSV, SOX, and GAAP compliance requirements.
- Problem solver; solution‑driven individual.
- Highly organized and good time management.
- Ability to communicate clearly from end‑user to senior management.
- Results driven and proactive; strong desire to own and execute area of responsibility with excellence and timeliness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
