Senior Systems Analyst; SAP BTP

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to drive design, integration, and innovation across enterprise applications.

This role will play a critical part in enabling digital transformation by leveraging SAP BTP services, ensuring scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and modern cloud-native solutions.

• Solution Design & Architecture – Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable solutions using SAP BTP services (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, SAP Build, CAP, etc.). Define and implement extension strategies for SAP S/4
  
  HANA and other SAP/non-SAP systems. Ensure adherence to clean core principles and SAP best practices. Contribute to the Architecture Review Board (ARB) governance.
• Integration & API Management – Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh), REST, OData, SOAP APIs. Enable event‑driven and API‑first architecture. Ensure high‑quality, secure, and reusable integrations across enterprise systems.
• Application Development & Extensions – Develop applications using SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry environment), CAP, SAP Build Apps / Fiori / UI5. Build extensions for S/4
  
  HANA, Commerce, and other digital platforms. Ensure code quality, version control, automated deployments.
• Testing & Automation – Drive testing and automation/AI strategies. Ensure compliance with Dev Ops and CI/CD best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with technical and functional IT teams and stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, work closely with AMS vendors, system integrators, and global teams.
• Governance, Security & Compliance – Ensure compliance with security standards (IAM, OAuth, SSO). Enforce enterprise integration and development standards. Support audit, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong expertise in SAP BTP (Integration Suite, Extension Suite, HANA Cloud), SAP CPI, API Management & Event Mesh.
• Proficiency in Java, Node.js, JavaScript, CAP, SAP Fiori/UI5.
• Experience with REST/OData services, microservices architecture, cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA architecture and integrations.
• Identity Authentication Services (IAS)/Identity Provisioning (IPS).
