The OpportunityAs a Salesforce Consultant, you are versed in the Salesforce environment and will be working with all aspects of user management as well as ongoing system improvements on the Salesforce Platform. You’ll partner closely with clients, developers, and fellow consultants to understand business needs, translate them into scalable solutions, and help drive continuous improvement across the platform. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on solving real business problems, and wants to grow their expertise within the broader Salesforce ecosystem.
Whatyou’ll be responsible for:
- Support Salesforce administration activities including application customization, data management, reporting and process automations
- Research and implement third‑party tools and solutions
- Create document‑ and video‑based documentation on system processes and custom implementations
- Test and troubleshoot process automations and custom Apex implementations
- Assist with task updates and live solution demos to clients
- Assist with training clients on custom implementations and third‑party integrations
- Assist with customer onboarding activities and support tasks with the product team
- Support the consulting team with other client‑related or internal tasks, as needed
- Accurately diagnose business problems and recommend actionable, outcome‑driven solutions
- Demonstrate consultative thinking by asking questions that support the client’s true needs
- Know when to elevate and/or seek guidance
- Perform the above majority of the time in an independent and autonomous way
- 3–5 years of Salesforce experience, with a genuine interest in growing within the SFDC ecosystem
- A love of technology as a tool for solving company problems
- A demonstrated ability to learn complex tools and data structures
- Demonstrated initiative in solving problems independently, applying curiosity to explore multiple angles and identify root causes before proposing solutions
- Leads structured discovery conversations, probing beyond initial requests and exploring underlying issues through self‑initiated research
- Identifies opportunities for improvement, connecting technical solutions to business problems and providing suggestions aligned to problem context
- Designs solutions with user experience in mind, validating assumptions before building
- Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, developers, partners, and client contacts
- A commitment to ongoing learning and skills development
