In this role, you will bridge IT support services with business unit needs, managing network infrastructure for optimal performance. Your leadership will enhance long-term IT strategy and fortify cybersecurity measures tailored to a broadcasting context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and grow internal IT support team

• Create and manage IT roadmap to support business strategy

• Optimize IT budget to maximize efficiency

• Ensure high availability of LAN/WAN and firewalls

• Direct IT Helpdesk for employee support needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience, including management

• Familiarity with broadcasting or media is preferred

• Robust knowledge of networking and firewall administration

• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
