Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain IT systems: workstations, servers, and networks

• Monitor machine status for system availability

• Respond promptly to ticketing system inquiries

• Provision and manage user accounts and passwords

• Perform desk setups, moves, and cabling cleanup

Requirements:

• Experience in Systems or IT Support roles

• Familiarity with 2FA/MFA tools and troubleshooting
