Junior IT Operations Specialist at Aecon

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide remote and in-person IT support for end users

• Manage equipment setup and CMDB updates

• Design and implement job site IT setups

• Oversee IT equipment reclaim and decommissioning

• Assist in project support and IT policy adherence

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Services or relevant experience

• Experience with HP, Cisco, and Apple technologies

• Knowledge of ITIL is an asset

• Skills in Incident and Problem Management

• Ability to solve technical issues effectively
