Position: Fall 2026 IT Co-op Student
Join our innovative IT team as a co-op student in Toronto for Fall 2026. Engage in desktop support activities and enhance the user experience with cutting-edge technology in a supportive office environment.

As part of the IT Service Delivery department, you'll provide crucial support for desktop systems and assist users with Microsoft 365 applications. Your primary focus will be resolving Windows 11 and macOS issues, tracking service requests, and documenting effective solutions. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your IT skills while assisting both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer first-level support for desktop incidents

• Manage device provisioning using management tools

• Aid users with Microsoft 365 applications and accounts

• Monitor and update tickets in the service management system

• Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base

Requirements:

• Full-time post-secondary student in a co-op program

• Basic knowledge of Windows 11/macOS

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Interest in cybersecurity management is a plus
