Endpoint Management EUC Analyst

Step into a vital role as an Endpoint Management EUC Analyst located in North York. This 6-month contract is dedicated to providing top-tier technical support.

The successful candidate will have over three years of End User Computing experience and a strong background in supporting Windows environments and Microsoft technologies. Mastery in tools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM will ensure secure management of enterprise devices while delivering outstanding customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer Level 2/3 support for various technical devices

• Manage devices with Microsoft Intune and SCCM solutions

• Administer services within Microsoft 365, enhancing user provisioning

• Build and ensure compliance for Windows 10/11 devices

• Work collaboratively with IT teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

• At least 3 years in Desktop Support or EUC roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory

• Knowledge of patch management and troubleshooting techniques

• Experience with enterprise ticketing platforms like Service Now

• Strong communication and analytical capability
