Kinectrics is looking for an IT Technician to provide temporary support for up to 12 months. You will assist with onsite and remote end user needs while performing routine IT tasks. This role involves troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining both software and hardware for various users and devices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day end user IT support
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications
• Set up and manage desktop and laptop hardware
• Provide user advice and training for technical issues
• Maintain computer systems for performance and security
Requirements:
• High School diploma plus specialized IT courses
• 1-3 years of IT support experience preferred
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
• Solid troubleshooting capabilities
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
