Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant

Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Finance Consultant – Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver (hybrid work).

• Act as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams for ERP implementations.
• Lead consultant on larger projects, mentoring other consultants.
• Analyze customer business needs and objectives, providing in‑depth application expertise.
• Streamline business processes to improve ROI within Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations.
• Provide end‑user training to support day‑to‑day ERP operations.

• Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O, strong finance functional expertise.
• Full‑cycle ERP implementation experience and broad understanding of ERP applications.
• Knowledge of finance modules (General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Multiple Business Management, Multiple Currency) and budgeting, project accounting.
• Preferred additional functional knowledge (Trade & Logistics, Sales, Talent/Human Resources).
• Dynamics 365 F&O/AX certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with ISVs and ISV solutions.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, and ability to inspire audiences.

$84,000–$128,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
