In this mid-to-senior technical role, you'll translate complex AI functionalities into accessible documentation for diverse users. You will oversee the entire documentation lifecycle—from research and writing to maintaining version control. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure complete and accurate documentation meets client needs and project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create technical documents for online systems and knowledge bases
• Develop release notes and governance documentation
• Conduct interviews with technical teams for insights
• Generate visual content using tools like Snag It and Lucidchart
• Edit and standardize documentation for clarity and compliance
Requirements:
• 2-8+ years in technical writing or documentation
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Proficiency with Markdown, Confluence, and Git
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, and banking systems
• Ability to work with remote teams in fast-paced environments
