The Client Acquisition Analytics team at Sun Life is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the Growth and Performance Marketing team. Your expertise will help drive insights from data to optimize client engagement, improve lead conversion, and monitor key performance indicators. Collaborate with stakeholders using SQL and other tools, contributing to impactful decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to solve complex business problems

• Collaborate with partners on analytics initiatives

• Define metrics for data product performance

• Operationalize impactful reporting processes

• Automate reporting and promote analytics culture

Requirements:

• 5+ years in quantitative analysis

• Proficient in SQL and Py Spark

• Experience with AWS Cloud Services

• 2+ years with Tableau or similar tools

• Strong communication skills for data storytelling
