As the lead for performance analytics and GenAI at Novartis, you will drive the strategy and initiatives for Commercial, Value & Access, and Medical Affairs. Your expertise will translate complex data into actionable insights while steering the AI roadmap. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to enhance business performance and execute effective data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own analytics and reporting strategy across key business functions

• Develop dashboards and KPIs addressing critical business questions

• Translate analytics into actionable, strategic insights

• Lead and manage AI and GenAI initiatives aligned with global priorities

• Establish measurement frameworks for AI adoption and impact

Requirements:

• 3+ years in pharma, biotech, or healthcare analytics

• Expertise in AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics solutions

• Strong performance management and reporting skills

• Proficiency with SQL, PowerBI, or Python

• Experience influencing cross-functional senior leaders
