Position: Canadian Tire AI Systems Engineer Role

As part of CTC's innovative team, you'll design and build AI tactics that shift processes from manual to automated, using platforms such as Atlassian Rovo Studio. Key Responsibilities:

• Enable AI agents to aid in task automation

• Develop workflow designs incorporating AI capabilities

• Create guidance documentation for AI practices

• Monitor and improve AI agent effectiveness regularly

• Aid in configuring Atlassian for team collaboration

Requirements:

• Experience with low-code AI development platforms

• Solid understanding of Jira and Confluence integration

• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
