As an integral part of Zafin, the AI Knowledge Operations Specialist prepares and maintains knowledge assets crucial for the AI Operating System. You will collaborate with various teams, ensuring the business knowledge is structured, trusted, and optimized for AI use.

Your role involves research, metadata management, and applying governance controls to maintain compliance in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and structure content for AI agent consumption

• Manage metadata tagging and taxonomy for accuracy

• Maintain the knowledge repository for reliability and reuse

• Conduct research to develop AI agent-ready assets

• Document processes to meet regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
