Position: AI Data Analysis Specialist at Cohere
Cohere is hiring an AI Data Analysis Specialist to enhance our language models. This remote-friendly role centers on data evaluation and model performance improvement.
As a Member of Technical Staff, you will play a critical role in the assessment and evaluation of our large language models (LLMs) r responsibilities include designing data collection strategies and applying statistical methodologies for quality analysis. Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and annotators to drive impactful improvements across AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data collection efforts with human annotators

• Develop methods for evaluating dataset reliability

• Assess the robustness and generalizability of machine learning systems

• Collaborate inter-team to strengthen data quality and model performance

• Conduct experiments to analyze and refine model performance
Requirements:

• Exceptional software engineering capabilities

• Proficient in statistical evaluation of experiments

• Hands-on experience with LLM training in distributed settings

• Expertise in Python and various ML frameworks

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
