Key Responsibilities:
• Define architecture and standards for data infrastructure
• Design and implement integrations with external data systems
• Develop scalable data streaming infrastructure using technologies like Kafka
• Maintain effective ETL/ELT pipelines for scientific datasets
• Collaborate with ML teams on data quality and observability
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of data engineering experience
• Demonstrable experience in making architecture decisions
• Proficient in data streaming technologies like Spark
• Strong background in Python, SQL, and cloud solutions
• Experience with industrial data systems like MES is a plus
