Key Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for IT operations

• Mentor and guide IT Support Technicians

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in an IT area

• Minimum 7 years of IT support experience

• Fluency in French, both oral and written

• A+ and Microsoft certifications required

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
