Join Intact as a Release Train Engineer, focusing on agile delivery in a supportive hybrid environment. This role is designed for experienced professionals who excel at facilitating and coaching teams.
As the Release Train Engineer at Intact, you'll enable agile methodologies across teams, ensuring that delivery aligns with business objectives. Your expertise will help foster a culture of collaboration and self-organization, positioning teams for success within a product operating model. You'll coach Scrum Masters and enhance communication among various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and lead major ART events crucial for development
• Ensure seamless synchronization among agile stakeholders
• Visualize dependencies to manage risks effectively
• Collaborate with Product Ops for optimal delivery flow
• Track and report on ART progress and metrics
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• SAFe RTE certification is mandatory
• Deep understanding of Lean-Agile principles
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence tools
• Bilingualism required for Quebec-based candidates
