Senior End User Engineer IGM Financial

Drive critical end-user infrastructure at IGM Financial as a Senior End User Engineer in Toronto or Winnipeg. You will enhance platform reliability, security, and compliance in a hybrid work setup.

In this full-time position, you will own critical end-user technology services, ensuring they are secure and scalable. With a focus on operational governance, your deep engineering expertise will support large-scale deployments and day-to-day management of services like Intune and MDM. This role is vital for collaborating with cross-functional teams, enhancing platform stability, and embedding security into processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain enterprise standards for device management

• Lead troubleshooting for high-impact end-user technology issues

• Manage Microsoft Intune for secure endpoint management

• Support Apple devices through JAMF environment management

• Collaborate on Microsoft 365 platform roadmap and features

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Windows 10/11 environments

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and endpoint security

• Proven support for business-critical enterprise environments

• Familiarity with Citrix administration and performance optimization

• Engagement experience with hardware vendors
