The position emphasizes a strong background in digital assets, real-world tokens, and smart contract ecosystems. Candidates will define scalable architectures and mentor teams while maintaining regulatory compliance across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end tokenization architectures for various financial assets

• Provide solution direction for Blockchain-as-a-Service environments

• Author Architectural Decision Records and guide critical decisions

• Design and communicate strategic technology roadmaps

• Mentor developers and promote continuous technical growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Web3 or digital asset applications

• Strong understanding of EVM nodes like Hyperledger Besu

• Experience with tokenization solutions for real-world assets

• Deep knowledge of smart contract security and compliance

• Familiarity with MPC integrations for wallet management
