As part of TD's Enterprise Enabling Functions, you will lead the coordination of multiple agile teams to ensure successful program increments. Your expertise in agile management tools and proven coaching abilities will support the effective implementation of lean-agile practices. You'll be responsible for aligning product strategies with stakeholder needs, as well as monitoring and improving release processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize value through agile release management practices
• Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and lean methodologies
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration for successful releases
• Develop metrics to measure release success and team performance
• Manage dependencies and risks associated with releases
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related disciplines
• 3-4 years as a Agile Coach or Scrum Master
• Certified SAFE RTE, SPC, or CSM
• 7+ years of experience in Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to manage coaching across multiple teams
Lead agile initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness at TD as a Release Train Engineer II.
