Insights Manager for Technical Governance

RBC is looking for a Technical Governance & Insights Manager to strengthen its governance framework in Toronto, Canada. Leverage analytics, AI capabilities, and architectural insights to enhance compliance and drive organizational excellence.
In this key operational role, you will manage governance processes, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication across teams. A strong focus on data-driven analysis and risk optimization is essential. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation of technical governance frameworks

• Utilize analytics tools for compliance monitoring and insights

• Coordinate monthly Architecture Review Board meetings
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
