In this pivotal role, you'll join the Core Banking and Payments Technology team, responsible for designing critical backend systems.
Your role will include creating design specifications, coordinating complex application activities, and developing technology roadmaps that align with business goals. Your leadership will not only enhance project outcomes but will also foster growth among intermediate designers through constructive mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead application design activities in an agile Squad
• Coordinate with project teams for design alignment
• Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps
• Mentor and support junior designers and developers
• Architect innovative solutions meeting business needs
Requirements:
• 5+ years as a Solution Designer or similar
• Expertise in Payments, SOA, and Agile methodologies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Practical knowledge of cloud technologies and APIs
• Familiarity with security concepts like SAML and JWT
