This role focuses on guiding the architecture and integration of Salesforce technologies, ensuring they align with organizational goals. The Salesforce Solutions Specialist will collaborate with development teams while driving the successful deployment of scalable and secure solutions. Your influence will empower The Salvation Army to effectively serve over 2 million people in need annually.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design secure and scalable Salesforce solutions for users
• Guide technical components including integrations and security
• Influence teams with best practices for effective delivery
• Advance technology goals through innovative Salesforce systems
• Support teams in resolving complex technical issues
Requirements:
• University degree in computer science or equivalent
• Salesforce Certification required
• 5-10 years Salesforce solutions experience
• Expertise with Nonprofit Success Pack and Experience Cloud
• Strong communication and analytical skills
Drive impactful Salesforce developments to support The Salvation Army’s mission across Canada.
